Get involved at Crossings: join a community group!

We believe that God has designed us to live, grow and go on mission with others. We hope that through Community Groups, individuals will build relationships of trust, grow together in Christ, and encourage one another to lives that are lived for Jesus everyday. Each Community Group functions in its own unique way depending on the individuals involved. All groups seek to do the same thing: to produce followers of Jesus who are living transformed lives for God’s Glory and His Kingdom on a day-to-day basis. Many who are currently a part of one these dynamic groups have said that being a part of a Community Group has been one of the most important aspects in their journey of following Jesus.

Community Involvement and Volunteering

It is our desire to reach out to our community by inviting friends, neighbours and family to Roxy Coffee for conversation, community events and worship gatherings. It’s all about going to where people are already and joining God where He is already at work. What better way to build meaningful relationships for God’s Kingdom, while contributing to the betterment of our community, than in a friendly and accepting environment? The Roxy is a place where people of all backgrounds and interests gather for art shows, charitable fundraising events, concerts, open mic evenings, spoken word gatherings, dance or fitness lessons, business luncheons and community socials. Volunteers and helpers are needed for each event. Those interested in getting involved at any level can contact one of the pastors, the Community Group leaders, receive a Crossings weekly update by email, or watch for events on the Crossings website.
